Post subject:  transparent borders...
... are they possible with PSP? I've seen a lot of banners with them and it looks just gorgeous. I thought it was a Photoshop thing, but I saw the Arwen the Webmaster's avatar and she says that she uses Photoshop and another program (although that might be what makes the border?)

Anyway I think it looks really nice and I'd like to learn to do it. :)
