Well, seeing as I've had numerous requests asking where I got the font 'Cezanne' from (the latest being Arwen the Webmaster--cheers for asking, Arwen!), here be a thread where you can download it from. It's free, unlike other places where it isn't (very hard to find, incidentially). I downloaded it from a LotR website, that has since shut down, so I'm quite lucky to have it. Anyway! I'll stop wittering, here's the link: http://www.nienor.net/tcasbk/Cezanne.TTF Please note that I didn't create the font, just because it's uploaded to my site. Which you're very welcome to look at, btw. (very sneaky advertising, hehe.) Happy downloading! |

Heheh, thanks! Oddly enough, just about 30 seconds ago I downloaded the font from a link Ellethwen posted in the "Can anyone identify this font" thread. |

Wow...ummm... ![]() Ahhh...I THINK it may be doing that because you actually have that font saved onto your computer and has the same name, so thenew one gets deleted. Check and see. What computer are you using and what running program? It may just be your computer. |

Hmmeth, I'm having some problems, too. I was able to install it ok and use it on this layout, but now the lowercase D is acting oddly. When I type the lowercase D in Paint Shop Pro, it shows up like this: ![]() As you can see, the left side is cut off. This is weird by itself, but I could deal with it and just draw the rest of the D in, but when I click ok from the text window, this shows up: ![]() Any idea what's wrong? |

Ellethwen wrote: Wow...ummm... No, it's not that, cuz whenever I save new fonts to my Fonts folder, it tells me if there's already one with that same name, and asks if I want to delete it and add the new one...![]() Ahhh...I THINK it may be doing that because you actually have that font saved onto your computer and has the same name, so thenew one gets deleted. Hmmm... Arwen, I dunno. I THINK the D is supposed to look like htat... *opens up PotO blend to check* No, it's not. Not even CLOSE. That's vewwy funny, I use Photoshop and it works just fine. I dunno, it might be PSP. In fact, it looks like a T! I'm not sure about you though Mae. My brother siad it must be your computer. So does my dad, who works with computers. So I guess they're right. Well, there's another similar font, called Hannibal Lecter, it's not exact but you could live with it if you can't get Cezanne to work: http://www.fontreactor.com/fuentes/es/32/4/ (scroll down and click on Descarga PC) |

Same as Ellethwen, I've no idea how that can happen... might be something to do with PSP, like Ellethwen said. There might be some corruption in the file download or something, that might explain it. That's all I can think of, anyway... That font really is similar, it's scary. |

Sometimes parts get cut off from fonts, but all you have to do to fix the problem is hit enter or space until you're out of the working canvas and then just hit any of the letter keys and the part that was cut off (usually ornaments on the fonts) will appear |
