I have just gotten a permanent graphics program, no i have no idea how to use it and add effects, could someone help me by giving as many tutorials as possible!!!

Fireworks 8 is what I use (previously owned Fireworks MX 2004) for all my graphics. I'd be happy to help ya. I'll write tutorials tonight and get them up as soon as possible!!

OK, sorry for not getting any tutorials up yet, but I've been extremely busy. Is there anything specific you want to know first, which would be of more important knowledge at the moment?

How do you get really nice effects really.......i mean i have got the hang of making thinks i would like to have that certain effect that Brushes somtimes have.....is there anyway of doing that.....

unfortunately Fireworks don't have brushes. I mean yeah sure you can add stars and stuff, but no brushes. You can however add textures and stuff to your work which add a nice effect. I always play around with the "brightness/contrast" mode, and add glowy shimmers to my banners.

yeh i knew about the brush think - sucks but oh well, and i fiddle around with brightness and contrast, add a couple of textures......oh well
