Hey all...I have looked at Arwen's Tutorial on this site and the one for coloring the eyes for PSP. I cannot find everthing that it says to use in PSP....if anyone else has a tutorial for this effect please could you link me to it or post it in here. THANKS

In your tutorial it says to use the "white hand tool" To color target. In my PSP I do not have that tool. Nor can I find the color target tool. I am using PSP 9 by the way...if you can help with that one I would greatly appreciate it

Ahh...

I think, by the "white hand tool" she means the Pan Tool. It looks like a whit hand for the icon.

Also, from what I remember about PSP 9, there was no color target tool.

ok so then my next question is why the pan tool???

I think I know how to color the eyes without the color target tool. Just that pan tool is giving me a brain tease...why that tool? lol

I've always just made the eyes greyscale (like as a new image and then pasted back in) and then just colored them with the paintbrush on the Color setting.
