Hey Tinn! It's TT...

Well, I'm not sure what Image Ready is, but do you have Animation Shop with PSP7? Because Animation Shop came with PSP when I got it. Can you explain what Image Ready is? Maybe I can help you out.

I have ImageReady and I have done a few things. All I know how to do though is go from one banner to another. Here is how you do that.

1. I first like to open all of the pictures I will need for the project.
2. It usually opens with a box that has these tabs: Animation, Rollover, Image Map, and Slice. (I only have done Animation and Rollover, but I may do more later.) If it doesn't have that box, you do to Window>Show Animation.
3. I hope you know how to drag and drop in Adobe. Basically you click the one of the images with the pointer tool and drag it into another image. So... what you do know is drag all of the images you want into one picture/document/project. Whatever you want to call it!
4. Now you are going to see all of these are different layers. Do not flatten!!!!!
5. If you wish to go from banner to banner, you will count all of the banners you have and make that make 'new' frames. You make a new frame by clicking the little piece of paper icon right next to the trash can.
6. Then, when you have made all of your frames, you will notice they all look the same. What you must do so they don't look the same is make the layers hidden and visible by clicking the eye next to the certain layer.
7. After making the project the way you want it, you can change the settings to how you want. For example, if you want the animation to go over and over again or if you want it to only go once. Another major one is the timing. You will change the time by right clicking the little time under the frame.
8. Also, one more thing I know how to do. If you want your image to kind of 'fade' in and out of two frames you would click on the dots right next to the paper. I haven't really learned the numbers yet, so just experiment!

I hope this helps! If you have anymore questions, you can ask me.
