Hey guys! I have a few good ideas for some WP's but I do not have PS or the money to buy it! If you all know of any good alternatives I can get off the net for free that will work on Mac I would really appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks!

Yep! Paint Shop Pro is what I use and I love it!! You can get older versions of it for as little as twenty-five dollars! The most expensive version I've ever seen was 120$. And the GIMP is totally free and works great too....you can dowload it off their official site. Hope that helped! |

Yup! Paint Shop is great! Cheap, easy to learn, and you can make great graphics on it! All my Graphics are made in Paint Shop Pro 7

I have a mac aswelll and have been looking for a programm for ages! I use GIMP, which does everthing the Photoshop can do, really and it is free to download. |

Paint Shop Pro 7 or later, Corel or GIMP. I have a link to an illegal version of PSP 9. (if you want it, PM me) I´ve used PSP9 a couple of times so therefore I have no clue about it, but it´s cool.

Elf Girl, I don't think Arwen wants us mentioning illegal downloads  You or her could get in big trouble for it....
but anyway, another good program that hasn't been mentioned is Serif Photo Plus 6 (you can get it here). I used it before I got PSP 9 (and now I have PS CS2) and it worked really well for me to learn everything. It doesn't have any brushes, but otherwise it can do almost everything PSP can do (not necissarily PS though) |
