Ha, i know what you mean. My room is quite small too.

Where could i find patterns?

You can find patterns at just about any store selling sewing stuff, such as a hobby store, liek the Hobby Lobby where I live, or a sweing store, like Joann's. (I don't like Joann's any more. they never have what I need, and at ym store, silk velvet will come only in hot pink, gold brown, teal, and really bright green. No other colors. I prefer Hancock's-cheaper, and they have what I need!) Keep in mind sewing and hobby stores will usually sell their patterns for a more expensive price. You can get patterns at place like Wal-mart too, for cheaper.

There are two really big pattern companies-Simplicity, and McCall's. (I prefer Simplicity, simply because you get na average of 3-4 costume patterns per envelope, and their magazine is easier to read. Also, all of their costumes have photographs.) Butterick's is a big one too, although I've never seen a pattern from them so I can't really tell you how good they are.

Now, to get back on topic...

Who here could not stand Carlotta, at all?

Oh, before I forget-I mage a parody blog for Christine. We need all of the other characters, except for Madame Giry-A friend is doing hers. so feel free to make a blog for your character on Blogspot, and if you're curious, here's the Christine one I made. I can bash Carlotta here, yay-http://www.thelittlelotte.blogspot.com

Carlotta in the theater role was funny? Or do you mean in the movie? I really wish I could have seen PotO last year. :-(

Heh, Minnie Driver can make it look very good. She can lipsync as Carlotta, I have to say. Ellethwen, good luck on your project. I'd love to help, but we're probably too far apart. I liked Christine's Dresses. I mean at least the pink one wasn't as puffy as Marie Antoniette's Dresses.

I would like to join this club :)
I've been a fan since last Christmas when I first saw it. I got interested in this movie when I heard the song The Phantom of the Opera. I liked it so much that I had to see the movie.
I've seen only this new movie, I haven't read the book or seen the real musical, so I'm only a fan of the movie :P It would be great to see the musical, and I also might read the book someday :P
I just love Phantom's story, music and characters :)
