I hate the dressing up part. Especially for summer weddings. It can get so stuffy in my cultural outfits that I have to wear to weddings. And it's usually too hard to dance in them too!

I love weddings and I love dressing up for them!  They are always so romantic and merry and it's great fun to meet all those people, especially if you haven't seen some of them for years.
Besides, I've got some outfits which are my favourites, but which are too elegant to wear just everyday. So, I could need a wedding again, too  .
But unfortunately, all my "older" relatives are married and so there won't be one for the next few years...

I've been to a couple weddings in my time. I was two when my aunt got married, so I can't remember, but my relatives say I was too scared to be the flower girl and I hid behind my aunt's big dress the whole time.
Then I was 5 or so when my other aunt got married...that I can remember.
But the funniest one was when I was, oh, somewhere in the 5-7 range. We were at a wedding for some distant cousin, and me, my younger sister, and two older cousins (boys, of course ) were bored, so we decided to play around outside the chapel. We chased each other around for a while, and then the boys thought it would be really fun to try to balance on this wall dividing the ground from a creek. So I join them on top of the wall, and, being my clumsy self, fall into the creek. My parents had to miss the wedding to get me cleaned up in time for the reception...hehe. They were mad. And my extended family still often teases me about the event.

Lol, that soundslike the kinda thing I'd do, I can't stay on my feet for longer than a few secs. I hate weddings. Once I was reduced to reading the bible during the service.

It's nice to know people actually realize you're gone! I had an amazing time, lots of partying, it was a wedding after all! A great week, despite being with my younger brothers all the time
