REALLY?! I just heard them recently. I am attempting to broaden my musical horizons. I don't listen to the radio because it's so littered with rap and rap makes me angry. So degrading to women.

I watch music videos now, but I only do it to catch a glimpse at some other alternative bands and stuff

Cool! 8) I only know one other person who likes The Academy Is... My favorite songs are probably Black Mamba and The Phrase That Pays.

Oh, I'm listening to The Fray right now and they're pretty good. And I highly recommend the Postal Service, Radiohead, and Thom Yorke. I think they are more like indietronia, though.

Anyone heard the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus or the Starting Line? Those guys are good. I saw the starting line live. Also: Plain White T's. although the lyrics to the song 'hate' are kinda funny. 'hate is a strong word but i really really really don't like you!' i dunno why, but they always make me laugh. good song tho

I have some songs by The RJA! I used to see the "Face Down" video all the time in the morning. I pretty much love that song. I've heard of The Starting Line but haven't heard anything by them.

I like the song 'Hate' too. :-D

I don't know any of the titles. It was loud, so I couldn't understand the lead singer dude. I know that one was called 'Ready' and that one was pretty good.
