The movie was amazing..... Ron Howard is quite a genius at making the movie unique in it's aspect. It was relatively close to the book though it left some things out.
I will defiantely be seeing it again though I am a little dissapointed when

they left out the second cryptex thing, i know there was a lack of time I just really liked the whole idea of another mystery to solve.... I admit though I cried softly at the end when Langdon kneeled atop of the inverted pyramid because of the wway they described it in the book and such... it was just a beautiful scene

Well I`ve seen the movie and it was... well, confusing. And it was mostly about the relationship between Langdon and Sophie. As if they were lovers... blah.
I`ll have to read the book again but i`m not most likely to get a copy of it soon...

Beri, ignore the critics. The movie is fantastic and as close to the book as you can get. Sure there are things changed and taken out. But the essence is still there.
Elfe. you thought they seemed like lovers? I didn't get that vibe at all.

I have read the book but have yet to watch the movie. I have a feeling the lines will be some what corny in the film adaption....

It's not corny at all. A lot of the lines are taken straight from the book.
Don't be swayed by what critics say. I'm not even a fan of Ron Howards movies or Tom Hanks in general and I loved it. Very faithful adaptation of the book.

You're right. I just hope that they don't make any major changes.

The changes aren't that drastic. In my opinion anyway, they flowed with the story and it all blended perfectly.

I don't care how bad it is, I am going to go see it because, one, it is a awesome book and, two, all the religions in the world are boycotting. So I am going to boycott the boycott!!! 8)
And thats that!
