Yep, It`s Saruman in elvish and means `man of tools`(or something like that...)

OMG! Now we already have TWO Sarumans! And one of them is a NAZGÛL!!!! Or has Saruman become a Nazgûl? And why ELVISH? We're in MORDOR! Or are you an elf, dressed up as a Nazgûl, who is a huge fan of Saruman???

I am a nazgul whom is just a big fan of Saruman and lends Saruman`s elvish name since he doesn`t use it nor does mind  _________________
