How would they make arranged marriages illegal? Plus, with the stringent rules on who I can marry, it'll probably be easier to have an arranged marriage. I'll have some choice, so it's not completely arranged. But yeah, I'm 17, and my extended family's already talking about when I'm gonna get married.

I just thought that your parents chosing who you marry was illegal in Britain. Snd already talking about getting married at 17? Gods, you'd have bareley finished school...

*sights* I'm writing a quite sad love story at the moment, it's about a girl who had a car accident and looses her memory. I called it "don't look for me" I'll post the beginning sometime. (If this was interesting)

wow. That does sound interesting. and arranged marriages are part of how things work in my culture. There are loopholes though. And I know a few people who got married at 18. It was for business though, which stinks.

They all go through this faze of being dorks till there about 18. But then again-girls can act stupid and interally insane also. Not just them, they are just most likley to act that way more.
