*Feels sorry for you* That really sucks...I'm really lucky, I almost never get cramps but I get majorly moody and snappish. And I have a big family, so it's really not a good thing.

Had horrible cramps on thursday, you know those ones where they're so intense and sharp? I had those and I hate them!

I always have cramps when I wake up or when I go to sleep. I hate them. Good "antidote" against crmps I've found: 1) cat on my feet 2) some plant called arnica. That really helps. Oh, my chicken is ready! *rushes off*

I ofund that if i run around and avoid people it helps with the pain cause for some reason it hurts less when people arn't within 5 ft of me.....
