A freshman is a person, who has just come to your school e.g. a new 7th grader or just someone who changes schools. I hate being new - cos I'm not particularly good at making friends!

I'm a senior. and we seniors love our freshman. They're our little buds. I have three incoming freshman this year who call me their older sis, and class of '07 at my school's always been nice to everyone. Being a senior of '07 is gonna rock! And don't worry freshies- the stereotype won't last the entire year. and sooner than you know it, you'll be sophomores. that gluing money to the ground idea sounds cool...gonna have to bring that up for senior prank ideas!

You live in Poland? That's cool. My mom lived in Poland until she was 16, then she came here. So I'm half Polish.
I'm gonna be a senior this year. I'm excited!!! I don't start school for almost another month.

well, it doesn't have to be a 7th grader. A freshman in middle school (junior high) would be a 7th grader. A freshman in high school would be a 9th grader. And a freshman in college would be someone who's in theirfirst year of college. And then of course, after being a freshman, you get to be a sophomore. Then you're a junior, and then for your last year, a senior!
I'm excited and nervous about school too! I hope I don't get senioritis!!

true, but I caught a bit of senioritis last year- that wasn't good. I think I might be susceptible. Hopefully 4 advanced classes would keep me on track! We should help each other stay free of senioritis Tinuviel!

I suppose, but generally not if you're in an average English comprehensive school, where you have Primary school from Reception to Year 6 and then Secondary school from Year 7 - 11.
*Shrugs*
We're just students with no nicknames! Lol.

Wow, everyone is going to school so early! Here most schools don't start until September 5th. Not that I have to worry, being a 2006 grad and all

10-juniorsophee
11-junior
12-senior
how do those work?
