He's from where I live..bout..20 minutes up the road give or take.

We do? 
Only thing I remember getting before America was the first Season of the new Battlestar Galactica. The last seasons of SG-1 and Atlantis were months behind America.
Not to mention Smallville and Lost. 
Anyhoo....on topic sorry.
Daleks are awesome. Cybermen..gah Cybermen returning this season. *dies*
