My hair is a bit more than shoulder length and is red and very thick and straight. I had it cut this year for the first time in years, it used to be so long I could nearly sit on it. But I got fed up of washing it constantly and waiting for it to dry and brushing it out, and in summer it got too hot...I was sad and not sad to see it go.

ooo so we're talking about hair .. well mine is naturally black and annoyingly straight, but i dyed it red. it's not really thick, nor thin ... and it's really too silky to do anything with ... like, most people would really want silky straight hair, but trust me ... there isn't much you can do with it 
it goes halfway down my back and it grows at an incredible speed. i cut my an inch or two a few days before school started .. and when i got to school i asked everyone what they thought of my haircut and they were just really confused _________________

My hair is kind of darkish brown, and really curly. I can never brush it either because it's always really knotted.  _________________

my hair is like haldir's, too silky and straight to do anythign with, but it's brown with my beautiful natural blonde highlights (mainly at the bottom)

It really shines in the sun. I'm partly of Irish descent and I have a red hot temper..the only thing I'm missing is the green eyes. My hair is the only thing I like about my apperance and now it's only half what it used to be.  _________________

I don't really like the way I look... I'm kinda ugly.. I have acne and a long face and fluffy hair... I look good right after I take a shower, or with straight hair, but otherwise my hair is too poofy! Oh well...  _________________

If it's any consolation, Elven, I don't think anybody really likes the way they look. I'll think I'm passably attractive and then I'll happen to see a pic of Keira Knightly or some famous beautiful person and I'll look again and think who am I kidding...but you know, we can't all be stunningly beautiful. That's what RPs are for  I am lucky, though, in that I've never had very bad acne and I'm pretty skinny. I mean, not anorexic-skinny, but not fat. So at least I can feel good about myself about that. I hang out with the wrong people though - they're all super skinny! They make me feel fat _________________

I don't think that anyone here is ugly.
As for hair, I have long, dark, brown hair with red and blonde highlights.
It's not as long as I want it though.

I think everyone is beautiful just the way they were created. Sure, none of us here are models, but then again - most models are freaks of nature on insane diets. Each person looks great with their own curves, no matter what shape they may be.
Of course, someone here will be like: "Who are you kidding? An incredibly obese person isn't beautiful." Well, a) If someone is unhealthily obese, they should improve their health, and b) It's not necessarily the physical, stereotypical things that determine beauty. Inner beauty is just as important.
Of course...I think I'm not pretty quite a few times a day. We all have to fight those thoughts sometimes. _________________ <center> all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us

Lol, I have REALLY bad split ends, you can't tell because I have curly hair, but I straightened it the other day and the were really bad.

ughghhhh Elven Archer I wish i had curly hair ... i was tempted to get it permanently curled once but my mum said that i'll regret it later on ... but honestly, i'd do anything for wavy hair ... _________________
