I'm sick, so I got to be lazy and not go to curch today.  I woke up at 9:30-ish, now it's about 10:00 here.

Yup. I'm pretty sure Canada is 7 hours behind us. (UK.) That's a long time.

It could be, like...different days. And different parts of Canada and the US are split into different times, so...yeah, we're confusing.
