Aww, you've been active today!!!
Beriadanwen wrote: I agree. I like scaring people with long and wicked words, especially when a forum is basically about expressing oneself in words! I DON'T like the word LAIR though.....I do like that we keep the Nazgul in it and I agree with Beriadanwen on the accent, it even scares me when you spell it Nazgûl!!!! Not bloody likely!! There's more chance of Elvis Presley appearing in Narnia than us Brits being forced into using the Euros. We have held out for this long and we'll hold out for as long as it takes!!
Sorry..got a bit carried away there...

True, Brits will be... Brits!!
I'm pretty sure though that Denmark and the remaining European countries not on the Euro yet soon will either vote for it or their politicians will make the decision to join. Personally I don't mind....
By the way, on my trip to London I experienced a great friendliness and politeness from people their. It really surprised me since I was visiting a big city. Is all of Britain like that?

Well I have never actually been to London but I think on the whole you can say where a pretty friendly nation. If you go into little souvenir shops people are always really friendly. They love have a natter with people and foreigners. Chester is a big city and the smaller shops are very helpful and friendly. Chain stores it just depends really on the staff. The Welsh are very, very nice. I love going to Wales. The Scots are great as well. I think it's a case of if people are nice and friendly to them they will be nice and friendly back.
Where do you come from by the way?

Blind Nazgul it is then.... I'm only kiding... though I didn't notice the avie either
And Eä, it usually depend on the people in the shops, cause I've been to places where the people would try and give you half the store for free... and others where they like glare you out the door, I like the nicer ones better
you know everytime I see ' lair' I think its 'liar'
