I must say, Anastasia, your ghostly rank matches your signature and avatar perfectly.

Why, thank you, Taur. Definitely all decked out for the spooky Hallowfest theme here.

Strangled with pasta? That clearly points to Feliciano. Not sure about the mud and the muffins though. Now, if it is our dear little Italian... was it Elena that collected Renaissance art? That's tied to Italy. And Ana's interested in medieval history, which you could tie in with Renaissance/history/the past.

Well, the mud could be tied to the boot knife from the first case. The muffins... well, I was going down to breakfast. Maybe the murderer was as well and had taken out some muffins, but accidentally knocked them over when I came in? Good connection with the art, though.

Eep! Why did it have to be pasta? Since he/she had a boot knife, shouldn't he see who actually has boots that could hide one?

Yes, Elena and Anastasia can both be tied to history and art. I was also thinking about a person with magpie-like traits (the coins, shiny rock, maybe even the feather), but I can't imagine where the pasta would fit in that theory. The mud could indicate that the murderer had just been outside, although Taur mentioned the mud was already caked, which means it must have been there for a while. And I really have no idea about those muffins.
The problem with the bootknife is that those knifes can also be worn on belts or in sleeves, so the murderer doesn't necessarily have to wear boots.

Just a clarifying question: is there a different culprit for each murder, or are they all the same? Just wondering.

Good point. I don't know This is my first Hallowfest, and I don't know if there have been different murderers during the same Fest before?

It's been different. Some years it was one murderer, others it was co-conspirators. You have to figure it out yourselves.

Heya, guys! Your first guess is tonight, so if you guys want to accuse someone you'd better get deliberating and voting!

^ I completely forgot it was tonight! So, who do you guys think it is??? The Dark One is obviously suspicious, I mean, he said he enjoys killing people. But the thing is, by the time he arrvied two people were already dead. I don't know why, but throughout the whole thing, Moriel seemed rather suspicious as well. What she said about "collecting" things, the coins from the piggy bank... I'm not sure about her...

The Dark One just appeared... so... yeah.
Moriel does seem a bit suspicious with the collecting things. And I can't seem to shake the pasta thing... If Feleciano didn't do it, who would want him framed? The 2nd Lt. seems awfully not a fan of him.

Sorry I haven't been around the past few days guys, I've not been available that much to be on AU.
So to the accusation!
First murder - Elena; killed at 5.04pm with a piggy bank, coins scattered around the floor, shiny rock found, boot knife and feather
Second murder - Anatasia; killed at 6.55pm, strangled with noodles, piece of brown cloth ripped from killers clothing, mud on floor and muffins
So let's look at some of the bios to see if there are any clues....
Robin Hood: steals from the rich (coins?), feather in cap (feather?), mud (outdoor living?), brown cloth (clothing?)
Moriel: collects coins (coins), gory stuff (killings were not overly gory?),
Feliciano: likes pasta (noodles?)
I'm having trouble finding any other connections due to the bios, the only other thing is a lot of people have the same TV shows and films listed as their favourites; Doctor Who, LotR, Once Upon A Time, so I'm not sure if there might not be some film related clues in these murders or not.
Usually the bios and also signatures have provided some clues, as well as things people have said....but even with so many clues, I am not sure who to vote for. I think I need to re-read everything again to see if there are any clues that may have been missed.

It seems like Raleigh might be a possibility... brown cloth could be from his uniform... he doesn't seem to like Feleciano. (a reason to frame him, maybe?) Mud on his boots wouldn't exactly make perfect sense... soldiers are usually all clean and polishing everything when they go somewhere, right? Though a boot knife would make sense. A guy who was in the army would probably carry a weapon around. I don't know. Just another weird idea of mine...

I want to know why the mud was there... has anyone posted that they have been outside at all? In the grounds?
And also muffins, whenever I think of the word, I immediately think of the Importance of Being Earnest and middle-class Englishmen, but it could also be pointed to an American as well. Muffins seem like a strange thing... unless someone was baking them perhaps? I know a couple of people have listed food and baking as their likes.
