I became a part of the crew after the H.M.S Surprise was heading out of mooring in the English Channel. My fishing boat had capsized off the coast of Ireland, leaving me with a small paddler and no paddle to find my way ashore! But to my luck I was picked up by Captain Jack and his crew as they passed my way and we sailed off to catch those bloody Frenchies!
Just don't let the Admiralty know I'm a girl or that I'm the bonnie lass of Barret Bonden!

Seaworthy name, eh? Hmmm....can I get back to you on that one. (Slow imagination....)
EDIT: On the pirate ship, they called me Mad Arse Abattoir. But for short, they just call me Mad (whether or not it has anything to do with my standing up to one of the most dreaded pirates in the high seas AND one of the greatest captains of the British Royal Navy...).

Position: Coxswain, and able seaman.

I joined the H.M.S. Surprise, when they attacked and "rescued" me from the pirates who had indeed actually rescued me. Before the Surprise completely wiped out my pirate mates, I convinced Captain Jack to stop...keeping them, as an ally through me. And to focus on those blasted Frenchies!

I grew up on the Irish coast near the Galway Bay, My father was fisherman. I joined the H.M.S Surprise not knowing that they would need a cook. Captain Jack came to our fishing boat looking for a deckhand, instead he got a cook.
And I took some nets with me.
Do not let Captain Jack that I too am a girl or that my father has died and I was the only one fishing.

Story- I grew up in Wales. I became a part of the crew when I was about 13. Learning something about everything from steering to the sails to carpentry, I became an able seaman.

Maybe after we get a few more members we could start a Master and Commander role playing game!
