Oh, me too! I love those movies. Unfortunately it's been years since I've seen them...but they were one of the best things that happened to me when I was younger!
I was rereading the first book a few months ago, and when I finished, I was so happy and sad and in love with the book that I started sobbing and grinning and being altogether weird. But they're just that great, aren't they?

They really are that great! I bought the first film on DVD about a year ago and I plan on getting the others as well. I have the two first films on video. The last time I watched the film was back in June I believe. I even got one of my younger brothers to watch it

I really need to buy these on DVD. We have 4 tapes of Parts 1-4 that we taped of a PBS marathon... needless to say, the quality is terrible. Yay for kindred spirits!
