I love Georgie Henley, but I admit I get really defensive when people crisize Sophie. I've heard her called "harpoonable" and that made me very angry. I thought she did a fine job, especially for a girl her age, and the simple fact that she had a bit of baby fat is no reason to make fun of her.
(To clarify, not saying you made fun of her, referring to the articles I've read.)
Eru, the Dawn Treader is my favorite of the movies! The monster used to be so terrifying. And Caspian looks just like my cousin, and my cousin is a great kid, so I always loved him to death. Ahh, reliving my childhood. How I love those movies.

The Dawn Treader is my favorite of the movies as well! I had such a huge crush on adult Caspian when I was a kid, haha. I was also terrified of the sea monster, I would always close my eyes.
I love it how at the end of the Silver Chair, when the credits start, they show a wee little montage of all the special moments from all the films. Almost makes me a bit teary I love these films to death

I'd really like to get the box set someday. Various libraries around here have the videos, but they're all pretty old and battered now- and our TV won't play videos anyway!
Reepicheep was my hero in the BBC. I grew up playing something called the "mousey game" with a friend- we were Mousike and Mousea Squeakalo, and invented a whole world for ourselves- and my little brother was always Reepicheep. Actually, we were visiting our family camp last year (it's a Bible camp in New York that three generations of my family have been involved in, so we've been going since we were babies) and happened to stay in the cabin we'd usually occupied when we were younger. Lo and behold, 'Reepicheep' was written in big letters across the door of our room! Lol, Rad doesn't remember writing it, but who else could it be?

Aw! He's so dashing and noble. I love 'im.
Yeah, Glimfeather was pretty neat! I always loved Trumpkin, too. My Mom used to use all his sayings as expletives.

lol. I thought they did a great job with Trumpkin. and whenever I am reading the part in SC when Jill and Eustace speak with him, I always imagine his voice and all from the BBC.

Haha, I rember watching the one for LWW like 4 years ago. And it made me laugh so hard.
Seeing as I was born into a world of technology (being only 14 years old) that movie and the animated army seemed quite silly.
But they're cute, now that I look back on them, I might just watch the Prince Caspian one, now.

I watched the LWW Disney few weeks ago, after it was done I wasn't tired, so I watched the BBC Silver Chair-better than I thought! Seeing it before, but I never realized how good it was

They may be old..but they still are great movies.
I love the Music for the BBC's, about as much as I love it for the New ones, Nie learned the Old narnia Theme on the Piano, but she doesn't play it to often anymore.
