Think about it.
He loves her so much he is willing to let her go, so she can be with her people and remain immortal and never get ill etc. because he cannot stand about the thought of her dying for him.
And she loves him so much she is literally willing to die for him. Not right away, but by becoming mortal for his sake she is going to die, a lot sooner than later, and she is at the risk of illness and such, but she doesn't care.
If that isn't true love, then what is?
Also, Gomez and Morticia from the Addams Family.

A new pairing for me, considering that I just got into it yesterday, and I'm already halfway through season two. (I'm that addicted.)
Snow White and Prince Charming in Once Upon a Time. Everyone knows that they are meant to be. No matter who or what drags them apart, they always find each other. Even if there is a realm between them, they still know that they will see each other again. Neither one gave up who they are to be together.
