I have recently added the four seasons of 'China Beach' to my collection. I missed watching that series! The package arrived at my house on Dana Delaney's 61st birthday!

There is something sad about that to me. I don't think I'll ever get rid of my DVDs, CD, and LPs.

Nice list Boromir!

I've watched the Stooges since I was a little kid. Mom thought it was cute I liked something she used to go to the movie theatre to see when she was a kid! Timeless slapstick! I need to get the complete set!

I received my ordered blu-ray Generation War and the 1930's All Quiet On The Western Front the other day. I had to wonder if the 'blu ray' treatment of a 1930's film would make a difference, and indeed it does! It is crisp and clear, and they did a good job on the special effects for the day!

Post subject:  Re: What's in your DVD collection?

I have added a few Blu-Ray disks to my collection. My wife says I will never watch them and that disks spend 99.8% of the time gathering dust on a shelf, and that I should just stream or download the shows. Trouble is, I'm old-school and like to physically have something in hand. I don't like to buy e-books or movies... I like to go to the shelf and grab a book or disk and open the cover or throw it in the player. I will need to update my list here.
