Quite a few episodes of “Grizzy and the Lemmings”. It’s been shifted (with a bit of a pause) from weekdays to Sunday, and more than three times as many episodes are shown at a time (there were several we had not seen before, so not all re-runs). |

Found The Two Towers showing on one of the free-to-air stations last night so I tuned it in mainly as background while I wrote RP. I have to say that to me, these movies don't seem to be ageing very well. The whole 'surfing Legolas', and 'dramatic death Haldir' and the whole 'elves at Helms Deep' in general shist me to tears. Some of the dialogue seems forced. I still find David Wenhem's portrayal of Faramir quite good, but the screenplay script handed to him totally stuffs it up beginning when he decides to take the hobbits and Gollum to Osgiliath. Othe rthan that, I love the Henneth Annun scene. |
