You must see them . I love Beauty and The Beast. The Last Unicorn has a special place in my childhood.

Hands down, The Swan Princess. I think I've watched it every year of my life. I also love Beauty and the Beast (of course, who doesn't?), Anastasia, and Fern Gully, I enjoy the 3D animation films too, but I prefer 2D.

You have a very good taste in movies For me it's a tie between the Swan Princess, the Lion King and Beauty and the Beast. At the moment I'm slightly leaning towards the Lion King because of the gorgeous soundtrack. Other favorites are Mulan, Pocahontas, and the Little Mermaid. Untill recently I wasn't a big fan of animated movies so I haven't seen that many, but I really liked Tangled, How to Train Your Dragon, Brave and Wall-E.

I think 3D animated films can be just as good as 2D films, and equally just as bad.
There are many poor films in both categories, with really bad stories and songs.
I think to not watch many 3D films means you are missing out on some of the best films to have been made in the last decade. 2D doesn't mean that it is better, which is why so few get made now, because there were many years when 2D films were just awful and 3D films have been much stronger story-wise and hence more popular.
I personally would have loved Tangled to be in 2D, and that is one poor decision I think Disney made. It would have been great to have a had a hit 2D film instead of another 3D hit.

I have seen many in 3D and have not been impressed, I think they need more work to get it better.
I forgot to add The Last Unicorn.

How could I forget Hercules in my favorites list? Hercules was always one of my favorite stories, especially after reading it in ancient Greek. The singing muses are a perfect swinging addition

The list is extremely long, but all the classic Disney movies save Snow White basically. And the Toy Story films, as well as Tangled. Oh and The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I certainly agree the movies can be as good (or as bad), but I personally just don't like the look of 3D as much. I'm not exactly sure why, I just don't. So I can't enjoy them as much. My favorite 3Ds that I've seen are probably Tangled and Ratatouille. But yeah, given the option of watching, say, Little Mermaid or The Incredibles, I'd pick Little Mermaid any day.
