That's great, it seems so far away though.

That would be awesome! Or maybe they could bring back Tim and Lex since they are both adults now. I actually saw the guy that played Tim on a couple of episodes of Person of Interest. He played a computer hacker, LOL! How the tables had turned.

That would work well with the book, since he's older and the computer hacker in that. ;)
I don't want Lex or Tim back, actually, because I feel they have nothing to do with this anymore.

I've loved Jurassic Park ever since I was little. The first film will always be my favorite, and I'd probably say my second favorite would be the newest one Jurassic World. I enjoyed it immensely, and saw it several times in theaters.

I liked the second and third movies as well but they weren't my favorites.

I loved Jurassic World! Seen it a total of ten times in theaters (same as AUJ), and although it took me a little longer to receive my copy (due to our mail being a little slow, since although it arrived on the Wednesday after it was released, I didn't receive the pick up card until the following Monday), it was well worth the wait (I pre-ordered the 3D Blu-ray/DVD combo pack that comes in a collectible tin. The box doubles as a stand, so that's kind of cool). Although I still don't know which one I prefer, I rate the original a bit higher than Jurassic World (which I give a 8.5/10, which hasn't changed from when I first saw it, but boy was I nervous the first time I saw it in theaters, mostly because I never saw the original in theaters. It's not that I wasn't old enough, since I would have been turning 21 that year, I just wasn't into movies like this back then) at a 9/10, which is the highest I'll go, since I rarely rate a movie I really like as a perfect ten. Just saw it again a couple of days ago (like Jurassic World, I own the 3D Blu-ray/DVD combo pack), and everytime Nedry says: "I'm going to run you over when I come back down!" to the Dilophosaurus, I always reply: "If you come back down!" And for some reason, I always want to climb the perimeter fence (though not when it's turned on, of course), probably because it's so large. :)

Me too! How is it in Blu-ray? I hope to get it on DVD/Blu-ray pack at some point. I cheered so much at the end seeing the T Rex and Blue working together. That was so epic! :D

I did think about the perimeter scene once when I was in a Foam Fest obstacle race. I even said to my partner, "Over the top."

Here is a skit from Studio C about Jurassic World.

Here is the first trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom:

https://youtu.be/vn9mMeWcgoM

I had no interest in seeing the new Star Wars movie, so I viewed it online (with the sound turned off, and it still drove me to tears, so I can imagine what it will do in the theater. Luckily, I don't wear make-up, or else I will look like something the cat dragged in). This is going to be so emotional, but not that that's stopped me from seeing a movie before (I was emotional for BoFA, and I still saw it in theaters six times, though it would have been eight if I wouldn't have skipped those two weeks, tying it with TT), since waiting until the Blu-ray comes out will be torture (and I still have to use up all those Cineplex gift cards I got for my last birthday, so that's another reason). With preferences, I need to know what's happening, since not knowing is worse than knowing, and it's not like you can't change it around in a fan fic (I already have a few ideas, one fix-it, and one continuation, depending on what happens in the movie, since even if you change it around, it still has to be accurate). :-(

And darn you, Hollywood, now I'm starting to get interested in volcanoes (not that that's a bad thing, mind you)! Maybe I should have been a geologist, of how I get obsessed with stuff like this (though I'd probably suck with the math, since that's never been my strong subject). :p

I'm really excited for the next movie now. I hope it delivers. Jurassic World was good, but nothing compared to the original - though I hadn't exactly thought it would be. If this movie just stays on the same level as JW then I'll be happy.

I watched the 1st movie and was entertained, but was pretty 'meh' on it, so haven't invested any time in the subsequent movies.

Check this out:

http://bloody-disgusting.com/movie/3480 ... la-nublar/

This is just what the doctor ordered (well, not technically, but I think you get my point), and I'd go to Isla Nublar even with the risk of being eaten by a dinosaur (or being taken out by the volcano), so I don't think I'll be missing out on this! I signed up for email updates, so I'll let you know when more information becomes available. :)

Oh, if only one lived in the States...
(Although with the current situation, I'd loathe to live there, but that's another topic entirely.)

It's international, it tours the U.S. first, then goes global. I signed up for updates, so I'll let you know when they have the international touring dates up. I don't live in the U.S. either, so I wouldn't have signed up if it wasn't going to be worldwide. I even shared it to a friend of mine on Facebook. :)

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom will be able to own on Blu-ray and DVD on September 18th:

http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=23679

or at least it will if you live in the US or Canada, I'm not sure about other countries. I pre-ordered the Target Exclusive:

https://intl.target.com/p/jurassic-worl ... A-53720524

since it comes with the most goodies. I've seen it six times already (3 in 3D, and 3 in 2D), and since I had about a bazillion (or at least it seemed like it) Cineplex gift cards, it didn't cost me a thing (I got another $100.00 one for my birthday). It will probably be playing right up until the Blu-ray comes out.

Though I had my doubts at first, it's not as bad as some people are saying (not that I care what other people think, it's my own opinion that matters), since I wouldn't bother seeing it a second time if I didn't like it the first time around. It also got me interested in volcanoes (wasn't expecting that to happen), though this isn't the first time this has happened (even if it was a different geological event). :)

Saw it for the first time last night. I thought it was pretty good! It was cool to see the nods to the first film though my sisters and I were sad to see the old jeep melt away. :'-( It was still cool that they added it in the film though.
