Ah, Tuck Everlasting. :)

I saw this movie for the first time a few years ago. It's so intriguing! Although I was a bit hesitant when I saw that an actress from Gilmore Girls was in it, giving it a chance was worth while! I really love this movie. :) (And its soundtrack! Does anyone else have it?)

Well, do you guys have any thoughts? :)

I LOVE Tuck Everlasting. The movie is so enchanting, and I have the DVD plus the soundtrack on my computer. :) Love it

"Don't be afraid of death, Winnie. Be afraid of the unlived life. You don't have to live forever, you just to have to live." so very true! :D

I liked it pretty well! Only thing is that it strays pretty far from the book if I remember correctly.. but other than that it's a really cute movie!

Yes, that is what I heard, although I've never read the book...

I thought it was a very sweet movie! It was kind of funny how they made Winnie (I think that's her name...) 5 or 6 years older than she was in the book so they could have a romance in there without it seeming perverted :p

But it was still cool :)

I saw it too! My friend and I had a sleepover and decided to watch it. We were both in tears by the end of the movie! How sad! :bounce:

Ugh, everyone, please read the book, it is SO much better than the movie.
They kill it worse than they killed Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban!

I've seen, but I didn't really enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the book...

Oh I love that movie. I own the DVD of it too and its gorgeous. :)
What was really nice was that it had a good story that did not try to have a typical ending. I was sad, I'll admit, but it was the right ending to have.

Alexis Bledel played Winnie very well. But I was totally taken up with the Tuck family. All the actors were fantastic. And Jonathan Jackson was a lovely Jesse.

A very sweet and innocent movie. :)

I saw it a while back when I was 12. It didn't really appeal to me. I guess 'cause it was a bit hoakey for me. But I'm glad you like it, Gwen.

i love tuck everlasting. i read the book a long time before the movie came out but i remembered the story. i don't think it strayed to far from the book. now winnie is a few years older in the movie than the book but i think the basic story line was the same. it was always a sad story to me but i love it.
