Well I think it comes out in England on July the 1st.
My mum told me that when the version was played on the radio in America, the people actually thought aliens were invading, so there was mass panic! That was years ago though!
I can't wait to see this film!

that is very true....when it was sent in the 1950´s ...on the radio...people did believe it was real....
huge machines, on long legs, falling out of the sky, from Mars!
I have the version on LP, with fantastic music,
but the narration by Sir Richard Burton, is eerie and quite unnerving!
I´m looking forward to the movie, hope it lives up to my expectations?

Yeah, I will go see this movie, although I am not a big Tom Cruise fan. Spielberg directs, in theaters June 29! 8)

Just saw it!! .... eeghhhh.... Well, not really my kind of movie, but I thought it was good. The direction, acting, and special effects were awesome but that kind of plot never really attracted me. Still really good though if you enjoy alien sci-fi flicks. I actually agreed to go when I saw Miranda Otto listed in the cast, but her part's reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaalllyy small, but again, good movie.

Greeeat movie. But VERY creepy if you ask me. Lke, scary creepy. And yeah, I'd hoped Miranda's part was bigger. But yeah, all the actors and actresses were awesome. Especially Dakota Fanning. She did a great job! They all did.

I saw it on the 4th... it was great!!! I thought it would be a bit more scary... it was mosty just disturbing. Before I saw it I thought it would be weird and I didn't really want to see it. I'm really glad I did though! lol I thought Tom Cruise was kinda cute... he is a good actor too.
