I read Tintin! My family are all big fans, too. They're pretty much our Road Trip Comics, along with Asterix and Calvin & Hobbes. Captain Haddock is SO the best character.

I LOVE Tintin! It, Prince Valiant, and Foxtrot are my favorite comics.
My favorite character would have to be Professor Calculus. But all of them are pretty cool.

All the characters rock, and so the adventures.I think my favourite has to be Temple of the Sun.And yours?
And yes,I know why it was like that, but what do you think of the lack of women in Tintin?(besides Castafiore, but she's there for comic relief )
I know that it was not Herge's fault,it was the society of that time, but aren't you annoyied that you never see a strong female character in Tintin?I like the adventures as they are(yes, trully! )but I know some people that don't have my same opinion .Your thoughts of this?

I Love Tintin. I have read all the books at the library multiple times! The comics are hillarious!

My favorite... well, I've not read that many, but I like the shooting/falling star one a lot.

No idea ,I think that's a mystery.
Maybe based on a book or a new invented story.

More news: :
They're going to do a trilogy, and they're going to adapt 3 books out of the 23 published(Aplh-Art doesn't count cause it was the last one made, and Hergé died before finishing it).
But I don't know which ones, and, one part of me is happy and the other is worried.
S.P. and P.J. are good in directing action/adventure films, but what if they don't adapt well the stories? If it happens the same like LOTR?(super-Arwen,elves in Helm's Deep,..).Althought I will still like it,and if it happens the same like LOTR then good, because it will become more popular than ever!
