The book is... iffy... not much of a real work of literature... Though my friend would say differently... Alot of confusion, that's what it is... I got a little confused about some things the first time I read it... so, yeah...
I like Tolkien books better... I may get confused... but it really is a work of literature...

Yup, I agree with Eruraina... I would tell you not to waste your time to read it, but maybe you should if you want to know how the story really goes...
My friend... told me that TOLKIEN IS NOT REAL LITERATURE just because I said that Manga isn't. I wanted to impale her so badly... I was fuming. I cannot even express how enraged I was.

I like books that allow you to use your imagination on what things look like, yet give you enough info so you know at least the right direction on which to think. CP gives too much info, not letting you use too much imagination, and going by exactly what he thinks with his writing. JRRT's work isn't like that!

Ah, really? My have always said the exact opposite... they say that JRRT writes too much... and I quote "I don't want to read an entire chapter about one blade of grass."
I don't know... I think that Tolkien writes in such a detailed way that we can actually see the book happening inside our heads... and it makes it more believable, more realistic. CP's stuff is too vague...
