About Sirius not really being dead, I have to say that it's a toss up for me. Technically, he wasn't hit with the killing curse, but he did fall through the viel. Did he die when he went through the viel or is he still alive with in the viel. I dunno... it's an interesting concept, this viel. I wish I knew more about it.

Quote: As you know Peter Pettigrew is in life debt to Harry, what do you think he will do to repay him? I've thought that maybe he'll tell him where a Horcrux is or something, that is if they see eachother before the final battle. Kind of seems unlikely...
I reckon Peter'll get his comeupannce, but don't seehim as an evil chracter really, just a bit of a wous.

Definitely, as Voldie said, Peter came back to him out of fear not loyalty. He'll get what he deserves in the end.
Mornie: Actually, I don't think Luna meant that Sirius could come back, but that Harry would see Sirius again in the afterlife. [e.g. Heaven, Paradise, etc.]

Well... what do you think about the Fidelius Charm? I couldn't even remember it being mentioned until recently. Is it true that only the Secret Keeper can cast the Fidelius Charm on an object or person? Do you think the charm was cast on just the Potter's house?
I think it was cast on both the Potter's and there house. Why else would the house have blown up. A killing curse doesn't do that...

Good point. I think that Harry should go back to his old house...maybe something there will help him.

It says he was going back to Godric Hollow, that'll be a pretty poignant scene for me. Does it say it actualy blows up, cos I don't remeber reading that.

Ah, we've got a Luna shipper in the house I see. I'm a Ginny/Harry shipper all the way, sorry ladies.
Kestrel wrote: Does it say it actualy blows up, cos I don't remeber reading that. Well, Hagrid does mention that the house was completely destroyed when he came to get baby Harry that night. Here let me get the exact quote. Quote: house was almost destroyed, but I got him out all right...
It doesn't say that it blew up, but it was in shambles, and there's no way a killing curse could do that. The Avada Kedavra curse never leaves a mark.

Ah yes, but I don't think that was from the actual curse, because not everyone gets one when they are hit with the spell. I think Harry got the scar because of Voldie giving him some of his own powers. [e.g. Parsletongue]
