Well actually, I always thought that the scar was just to show that Voldemort had marked Harry as his equal.

I always thought from the begining that Voldemort put some of himself into Harry, which is why Harry was almost put in Slytherin and why he can speak parseltongue.

Which would mean he would have to kill himself, right? I mean, Harry has to be considered one of the greatest Gryffindor students ever right? Besides Dumbledore. And Dumbledore could hardly be a horcrux.
Oh, and RAB Being Sirius's brother... dubious maybe, but I like it.

Which would completely ruin the whole book. If he had tokill himself but found a loophole? Too... fairytale-ish. That's not reality. True, HP isn't exactly reality, but it has to follow some guideline, right?

Well, Harry could be connected to dear Voldemort but not through the scar/curse/horcrux/whatever. You know what I'm saying? What if he does kill Voldemort (though, I personally think it might just be through an accident, because I don't think one, he has the GUTS to do it, and secondly I don't think he has the brain power to do it)? What will he do afterwards? His life will have no purpose...because it'll be over and done with. I mean, what if he feels so lost and depressed that he has nothing better to do? Ha ha ha...that sounds really bad. Maybe he'll run away to the Himalayas and become some hermit. Ha ha ha. No...he'll die. If he IS connected to Voldie somehow (whether through the horcrux or not) how do you think they'll destroy each other? Would it be like in book 4 when the wands connected? Or maybe they won't have they're wands and will have to go at each other with they're bare hands! Now THAT sounds exciting!!! Ha ha ha! *sigh* its not that simple ... remmeber that its magic and that the magic is throughout his entire body, not just the scar ... the scar is just the only physical thing to repressent it i think
