The book stores hold a huge book sale twice a year with a lot of recent titles, old classics and just plain miscellaneous books. Basically, a lot of titles you'd want to read and some who'd just look pretty on the shelf, and most likely they will be sitting there - unread - for a while. Such a paradox.. being a student you'd have to read a lot, but rarely simply for pleasure... *sigh*
But I still love to shop around for books!

Haha...I wish they had huge booksales over here. Instead, I have to order all my books online, or get them when I'm in the USA and have access to the best of stores--Barnes & Noble.

I bought Eldest at a store called Books a Million.
I just found out I have to give my Nancy Drew books away... Maybe I'll at least keep 'Secret of Shadow Ranch' ...

I should add Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix to the list of my books now...
Ohh... and this brings me elegantly to some shameless advertising for a nice little Harry Potter discussion. I read Order of the Phoenix over the weekend and now I want to talk about it!! *huntnudge*

Excellent books I hadn't heard of Map of Bones before I bought it but it had such a nicer cover and the synopsis on the back sounded very thrilling so I just got it and loved every second reading it!

Yes, my dad read it, actually, and then suggested it to me. I loved Map of Bones.

Ooh, that's a good one! *high fives* Though I'm semi-suspicious of "Morgarath"...kinda close to Morgoth...
