I was wondering if anyone else has read any of her books because, if you ask me, she's an amazing writer. ![]() |

I've read...um, I can't remember the series name, but the one that starts with A Wrinkle in Time. I've read another of her's too, but I can't remember the title. I've enjoyed all her books! They're very good! |

I've read...A Wrinkle in Time, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, Many Waters, and I think the other one in that quartet. I've also read A Ring of Endless Light, that I can remember...I'm sure there were a couple with someone named Polly but I can't remember what they were called. Yeah, she is a pretty amazing writer. |

I like this author. She's good. ![]() I've read A Wrinkle In Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, and Many Waters. My sisters are extreme fans of hers, but while they've read a lot more of her books, I haven't gotten the chance to steal those books from them yet and read them myself, so....I haven't read any others. ![]() |

I've read A Wrinkle in Time, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, and... Many Waters I think... the one where Noah and his tribe are all midgets and they're building an ark. Must have been in fifth or sixth grade when I didn't understand them that much. Not really a lasting impression, but I do remember that her philosophy defies physics/religion/everything. ...and I liked the unicorn... pegasus... horse... thing... |

Yeah, that's Many Waters, LDM. The Unicorn was cool, though. |

Oh, she's been one of my absolute favorite's since elementary school!! I absolutley adore her writing. Currently I've read the entire Time Quartet (A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind in the Door, A Swiftly Tilting Planet, Many Waters), An Acceptable Time, Meet the Austins, Arm of a Starfish, A Ring of Endless Light, and Troubling a Star. I love how she brings all the different families together over time through the books, and the way in which she uses science in such an interesting manner. |

We read A Wrinkle in Time waaaaaaaaaaaay back in fourth grade, and I loved it so much that I decided to read the rest of them as well, although I never did get around to reading Many Waters. A Wrinkle in Time, A Wind on the Door, and A Swiftly Tilting Planet were all fantastic though. I think A Wind in the Door was my favorite. I've never read anything else of hers unfortunately, but I like what I've read. |

I read A Wrinkle In Time and it was definitely one of those books that I could never make myself forget. Not that I want to, of course! It was amazing, I finished it in, like, an hour! It was just wonderfully written and the pure randomness of the plotline was so satisfying to read!! ^^ LUVED it! |

I first came across Madeleine L'Engle in sixth grade, when I read A Wrinkle in Time. A friend recommended it to me, and I fell in love with it. After that, I read An Acceptable Time, which was a challenge for me at that age, but I pushed through it. =) I tried to read A Wind in the Door, but stopped because I didn't have time to finish. |

My eighth-grade teacher had us read A Wrinkle In Time for school, and I was mad cause I thought he told us not to read ahead (but he hadn't, so the entire class finished it before I did ![]() |
