I might put all of our books in the poll and you can vote for just one book :) .
If you want to add book to the poll; please tell me :) ...

Please all read the main thread post; it has been edited :) ...
Thanks so much for your time.

Well that's an interesting list of books to choose from! It's hard to vote for one books, I'd like to read them all at one point. :erm: Would it be possible to re-nominate a book that didn't make it for next month?

No offense, I personally think Jane Austen books are B-O-R-I-N-G.
I tried to read Emma but couldn't make it past the first FIVE pages.
I voted for Little Women, but I don't think I'll be able to read it again. A Christmas Carol is okay, but Charles Dickens is not my thing.

Emma is tied with Northanger Abbey as my least favourite Austen novel.
I've read NA once and I have no desire to read it again. Have attempted to read Emma again but gave up.

But Persuasion. Persuasion is amazing.

About Miss Austen I love her romantic writings because it's pure.
A Christmas Carol is one of the best ironic stories ever.

I voted for A Christmas Carol (I have a big love for it).

Yay for Treasure Island! So we've got the whole month to read the book, and then we'll discuss it during the first week of June? Do you want each of us to come up with discussion questions or did you have any other ideas? :)

Okay great! That way everyone can have some input in the discussion, which is always fun :)

EDIT: So our reading deadline for this book will be June 1st?
