Aerlinniel--don't read this next bit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would REALLY spoil the books for you.

Melda, by the end of KoD....

...Lanfear is dead but reincarnated as Cyndane. We don't know where she is, except that she's a prisoner of Moridin, thanks to the cour'souvra.
...Ishamael is dead after presenting himself as Ba'alzamon, but reincarnated as Moridin. His location is unknown.
...Be'lal is dead, so his location is....nothing.
...Aginor is dead, but was reincarnated as Osan'gar, in which form he posed as Corlan Dashiva. Who was also killed. So his location is nonexistent.
...Balthamel is dead, but was reincarnated as Aran'gar, whose location is unknown, but was formerly with the rebel Aes Sedai.
...Graendal is alive, and is posing as a Domani noblewoman (in Arad Doman).
...Sammael is dead, permanently.
...Rahvin is permanently dead as well, as balefired people are not reincarnatable.
...Moghedien is alive, but is Moridin's prisoner, thanks to the cour'souvra.
...Mesaana is still alive, and presumably still in the White Tower, but is in rather a state of disfavour due to her failure to show up at the Cleansing, for which she was punished.
...Semirhage is still alive, but is now a prisoner of Rand (well, it's debatable that Cadsuane will claim Semirhage as her own prisoner, and make Rand ask to see her, etc....knowing her, it's probable).
...Asmodean is dead, killer unknown, and manner of death unknown.
...Demandred is alive, but his location is completely unknown.

*doesn't look at the bit Aerandir posted*

Well... I go to the library every Friday. Usually I help my mom find books from my little brother for homeschooling. Every now and then I'll get a book or two. But, I've got plenty of books at home that I'm reading... And adding the WoT if I do read it, would just add on to that list of books...

Ah, but you can never have too many books, Rain! These are so good --you have to read them.

I don't go to the library that often, as I have so many books at home that I haven't read. And I don't have as much time to read now, what with schoolwork and all. :yuck: But I still manage to pick up a book every now and then.

Well... I can name times when I read:
during lunch
right after schoolwork
whenever I'm going somewhere with my mom, I read in the car
before bed

and every now and then when I'm bored.

But, my dad owns all 11 of the books that are out, which is a good thing, so I can read them when ever I get the chance.
*ponders* hm... I think I'll read them with I'm done with the Unfinished Tales...

I'm pretty much fantasy obsessed. And proud of it. I will read historical fiction now and then but overwhelmingly I read fantasy. WoT is like a fantasy lover's paradise, really. It's so detailed. My dad used to say he could see me shaking when I had nothing new to read.

I would be sooooo miserable without my books. Or the computer (specifically, internet access). Or my cello.

....and without food, too. Four very important things. :D

Really, bookstores and libraries are some of the only things I look forward to going back to the USA for. Most of the time it's more like we 'have' to go back to the States--but then once we're there.....it's "Barnes & Noble, here I come!" :D

....and Cinnabon.

AIEEEEEE! I hope he does a good job. But it's coming out! YES! Ah, what I wouldn't give to be one of the family members who knows all. Bet they know who killed Asmodean, eh? The fact that his wife/editor is still working on it is good. And that he's been leaving detailed notes and things.

Thanks Ellie! Yeah, I think you ought to start that. :P

Lol, yeah, I knew that, but I couldn't let myself double-post in here. :P

I'm really hoping he does a good job...though...I'll buy the book anyway. :P

I'm kind of skeptical on how I think I'll like the new book since RJ isn't writing it. Of course, I'm going to read it no matter what, but I'm just wondering if it will be as good even though RJ isn't writing it. I mean authors have their own certain styles, you know? Since I haven't been able to get online until just recently I didn't find out that he had died until about a week ago. I was really surprised. It made me sad :( But like I said, I'll read a Memory of Light no matter what, because I just can't wait to find out what happens.

:D I got The World of Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time for Christmas. It's got 280+ pages of information that is, for the most part, nowhere to be found elsewhere in WoT. O_O

IT'S AWESOME!!!!!

Wow! *adds to list of things to buy with Christmas giftcards* That really sounds amazing.

Never heard of Brandon Sanderson, but I'm sure he knows he has big shoes to fill, and at least RJ's wife will edit, so it can't be all bad, right? I'm pretty optimistic. And it's better than the series not finishing, is what I say. How much did RJ document needed to happen? Or does anyone know? Just major events or, like, conversations that need to happen?

Whee! Isn't it great! Okay, admit it --the scene with Mat beating Gawyn and Galad was awesome.

And it gets better...you've only just begun to meet the Aiel.

Wow. This thread hasn't really advanced at all since I left. O_o

MAT IS AWESOME!!!

I'm a little leery about how Brandon's going to handle AMoL, but I'm hoping that RJ wrote all of the important parts before he died. :)

I love these books - even though I've only read the first two so far. Wonderful stuff!

Are you reading the others? (yes is the only permissible answer, just fyi :P)

Lol, TGH was actually the first book that I read--EotW I got around to much later. :P

Wow Reindeer, how did you manage? I would've been so lost had I tried to start in EotW.
