I haven't seen Arya in the movie, but I think she looks nice there. I've always imagined her as looking like Arwen.

Actually....from the drawing...the way the hair is curly --- and the lining of the dress...
It looks like the picture is based off an Eowyn shot from Two Towers...
Or maybe I'm just paranoid.

The one who made it is a Ringer, so it's possible.
In the movie she's blonde. I always imagined her with dark hair, like Arwen.

Same for me... But you should take a look at the fan-art on Shurtugal.com. The drawings made by Fatty Lumpkin, they're beautiful! All the characters look just like what I imagined.

I agree, Fatty Lumpkin is a great artist
Her other works with Eragon include Morzan, Merlock the trader guy....you get the idea.
Imagine how long it must take to do that sort of art! =)

Oh yes, I did stumble upon that picture at Shurtugal.
Definitely Arya. I love it. She really does look exotic, which is how Paolini describes her a lot.

She does look very much like I imagined her, and it's beautifully drawn. I wish I could draw like that...
