The Flame of Youth is also a good song from I.R.
Cellador is a power metal band; I suggest you turn the bass up
If I had to compare Pagan Reign to another band, it would have to be Moonsorrow, but a Salvicised version I do suggest you give 'em a whirl.

Pardon my Finnish but...Where are all the metalheads gone off to!!!
The instant Battle Metal started I fell in love with Turisas Why is it that most of the greatest metal hails from Finland? And alot of Pagan Metal comes from there, too. I suppose it's cuz they're the northernmost country, so Christianity has a less stronger hold on it . Whatever the case, they produce great metal!

Another Turisas convert.
I knew you'd like them.
Finland has such an awful lot of good bands, Sweden also have a load of great metal bands as well *cough*AmonAmarth*cough*

M'yes, precious, Sveden. Not only that-they invented the Smorgesbord(forgive my spelling, if it is incorrect)! And they get an A++ for their green energy.
Awww....that truly sucks, it does! Well I suppose that he's alive is all that matters though.

Yeah, he's alive and that is all that matters. He'll always be a part of Turisas.
I'm in a quandry. Do I go to my ancestoral home in Norway to live? Visiting Sweden and Finland. Or Do I live in either Sweden or Finland and visit Norway?

That is such awful news about Turisas, but we should all be grateful that he's alive, doing well and on the way to recovery.
LoL Raivynn, come and live with me here in Sweden But I wouldn't mind living in Norway either, it wouldn't be much different to me than Sweden, I understand the language and I also have ancestors from Norway.
I want to live somewhere in the wilderness of northern Sweden when I get older. Surrounded by the vast forests, lakes, meadows, valleys and mountains

I just feel so bad for Georg, he's confined to a wheelchair and will unlikely never play a guitar again. It must be a very bittersweet feeling. To know you're very lucky to be alive, but will never go back to doing the thing you lived for.
On a lighter note. Sweden it is...you persuaded me babe
I'd love to live in Norway, but it has (rightfully or not) a bad reputation for right wing nutters.

They can´t be serious...
Poor guy =( Personally I´d rather die than be on the wheels forever...

Yeah, they had to change it due to "copyright issues". But why did someone take 10 years to contest this? Jeeze, well the change in name doesn't make a difference, they'll still produce brilliant music.
It's not being confined to a wheelchair that I think would be the worst part. But not being able to play in the band and with the music he loves. That must be heartbreaking.
Poor Georg

Thats incredible sad. I really feel for the poor guy, I know nothing bout the band, but lossing the ability to do something you love is just very sad.
did anyone catch Metallica at download on tv? Sad But True was the only song I saw and it just seemed .... weird the way they played it.
Btw gonna see Motorhead this year

Yeah it is really sad about Georg. I just really feel for him so bad. I'm gutted for him and the band. So I decided to listen to Battle Metal in his honour.

Rhapsody to Rhapsody of Fire? I think I read something about that, but it strikes me as odd...it's usually only the rather unknown bands who decide to switch names.
Ok, so you're all going to kill me for dragging this in, but does anyone want to claim any of the metal-related banners I have? They're almost the only ones left, because I doubt too many people know of the bands. So, if you want a banner of...Marco Hietala, Simone Simons, Cristina Scabbia, Tarja Turunen, or Tuomas Holopainen (I think those are the ones I have...), please check the thread in the Requests section! Thanks guys...
