* Sorry if you click on it and the video is still processing. I couldn't find this song with English subs on YouTube so I went and found one and put it up on my page. If it, for some reason, isn't working on YouTube you can go where I went to downloaded it and view it in .avi format on the page: http://www.4shared.com/file/128217184/9 ... n.html?s=1 It's not the greatest video quality in that viewer though.

I'd listen to this walking through NYC at night. I don't understand a word she's saying but I like her haunting vocalizations and the Egyptian-ish flair. It's one of those songs that makes you feel lonely, kind of cold. Thanks for the link.

'Hurricane' - 30 Seconds to Mars
I can't get over this. The lyrics are excellent too.

That was amazing! I was already favouriting just because of the opening instramental. The lyrics are amazing as you said. I'll be listening to this for a while! Thanks for the awesome song. I must look into more of thier work. I know I hear them all the time but nothing really caught my attention until now.

I have loved this guy's work since I first heard one of his mashups about a year ago. I wish I could go to his first sponsored party in Budapest. I hope he comes to Los Angeles sometime...

Wait, am I supposed to be listening to the vocals or the mixup? Well, the vocals are all right. I think he did a great job mixing everything. It flowed rather well. I'm kinda confused about the whole thing though. Yeah, I know. Join the long queue that keeps telling me that.

I was listening more to the mashup and how well the two songs flowed together.
About the song you posted: I love the beat and she has a familiar voice. Maybe a mix of one of their songs has played at the club I go to. I want to go dancing now.

* Everytime I play RockBand with my friends, they always hand me the mic when this song comes on. I own this song on that game!

It's very Within Temptation esque. At least, that's what I thought. Her voice is pretty nice and I really do like the instruments playing in the background. Lyrics are good as well.

I really feel like I've heard this before. I don't know where I would have heard it, though. I love the unique female vocals, and the haunting music. Very interesting.

This song is just...wow. Everything about it is so perfect. Even now it still gives me chills.

I'm not quite sure what to say about this song. The vocals, well, they're kinda your standard alternative rock vocals. The piano in the beginning and the end were nice.

Voltaire's openings are always amazing and his lyrics are always interesting. I find his voice really interesting and appealing. I enjoyed it.
"Sanctuary" - Utada Hikaru
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbnD7sVCBOE
(I debated for a while... did I want to put the JPN version of this song or the ENG? lol. In the end I chose the ENG. The best version I could find of this song was for the opening of KH2.
Oh if you have nothing else to do, if you listen to this song backwards you can hear all the hidden lyrics Utada recorded backwards. It's interesting, at least to me. o.0)

Aha a fellow KH fan! I love this song! It's just so calming and fun to listen to! Not to mention I like how it goes with the KH2 opening! Though I didn't know there was a Japanese version! And I didn't know there were backwards hidden lyrics. I shall have to check it out!

He has a really nice and relaxing voice. It's a really good song.
"Hepatica #3~I Believe In You" - Yuki Kajiura
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZ-yoLFtsnU
(I love this song, but I think about the ending of the game and it makes me cry. Why did they cut the Xenosaga project short by three episodes? Why? It was such a beautiful series. I am replaying them all right now.)

The song is amazing! The beginning with the harp and the...I want to say solo cello, is very soothing. And then when the strings come in, I can definitely see where the tears begin to fall. The piano is exceptionally powerful. Overall, I loved it. I do like a video game with a good soundtrack.

^ If you ever get a hold of that series you will love the music. Yuki did the music for both Ep. II and III but Ep. I has amazing music as well. The storylines for that series are... amazing, I don't know how else to describe it.
ANYWAY, about the song: I thought it was really interesting and relaxing in a way. I loved the way the instruments mixed with the electronic sounds. It was wonderful.
"The Image Theme Of Xenosaga II"- Yuki Kajiura
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_DU_bxJ_Fg
(Another Xenosaga track. This one is from Episode II obviously. They used this for the original Japanese trailer. A little fun fact, this song is a mix of two tracks from the game: "In The Beginning There Was..." and "Fatal Fight." Yuki also likes to create her own languages for most of her soundtracks, this is no exception. Most believe the inspiration for the vocals in Episode II were derived from both Latin and Japanese.)

This is brilliant! I can't exactly describe the feeling I get when I listen to this but it's an amazing one for sure. It has such strong vocals in it and I'm not sure what instruments were used in it but they're so exotic, I really like it. ^^
What Can I Say - Dead By April

I started listening to them today because my boyfriend told me to. So far this is the only song I know but I quite like the lyrics and the singing is pretty good too lol.

O.O wow... I was just mindlessly listening to it while doing something else, and when I actually started listening to the lyrics it was at the chorus, and I stopped suddenly and went back and started listening to the song all over again. Pretty good song, and the chorus seems to be describing a certain prospect of my life right now that I won't go into for fear of ranting!

One word: Epic!
Oh you want more? Okay...fine.... I really like the vocals. It's a nice change from all the manly voices to describe manly things. And yeah, that version was 5% higher so it was kinda odd. I thought she was doing a little He behind scenes.
