^ Agreed.

Early Metallica owns. There newer stuff post-Black album is really poor in comparison.
Master of Puppets is without question one of the greatest metal albums of all time.
They are legends and always will be.

Cliff Burton
FTW

I love them. Especially the songs from early 80's to 90's. They are just great and managed to create best metal albums of all the time in that era, however, their recent albums were not as good as the former ones they made in that era though some songs in between are still worth listening.

Metallica are absolutely awesome. I adore them! I really can't choose which are my fav. songs- they are waaay too many. You know, they had a concert here 2 days ago. I'm really angry that I couldn't see them!!! >.< They say that the show was magnificent.
But I have to agree with you about their newer songs- I like the older ones better actually.

I definitely agree that the new stuff isn't that great at all. Although I'm not a Metallica fan, I really like their old music.
