I just used a bog standard microphone, and some recording software called 'Audacity', but i think you can record on some normal media players. I think I'll record a few more....

I love the flute, I know a girl who's dead good, grade 8 or something, I always get her to play, its a really theraputic sound!

i'm grade 8 too, or at least i was a couple of years back - i stopped having lessons eighteen months ago and i don't get much chance to practice these days, so i've probaly backslid slightly.

i've figured out how to record now, but the recordings are very quiet and hissy, so i'm gonna keep trying and see if i can get a half decent one.

Hey! I figured it out. All by myself too.
I really liked it. You have a good voice, and you're pretty good on guitar as well. The song is awesome. I don't think the quality was that bad at all. Not perfect, but not bad.

I couldn't get the first recording to work, but I've just listened to the second one, and I agree with the others. You have a very nice voice! Sounds like you've got some talent, both with your voice and your guitar.

If I can get a recording that's good enough, I'll post it, Starlight. Might as well.

I really hate the way computer microphones pick up every little waver in your voice...at least, mine does. If I hesitate even slightly you can hear it for miles around.

Ooh. I'll get a few recordings of the school band that BlueEyedGirl4God and I are in later. She just made me a nice CD of all our performances that we didn't already have on CD, so I have pretty much everything. I'll put them all up once they're uploaded.

^Haldir, there should be a little box in the upper right corner that says "enter [then it lists three letters] here". You enter those. Then hit download. Then it'll ask you to do that again. So you do that again. Then, it'll show you a countdown and should eventually just come up on your WMP after a couple of seconds. I hope that makes sense.
