People, for this thread any band who defines themself as Christian counts as a Christian band.
This thread isn't for accusing people/ bands of not being Christian.

To reafirm what Elanor said: I don't think its really up to us to decide the degree of someone's Christianity. Even if it were, this is not the place to discuss it.
As for my opinion on Skillet musically, I liked their older style better, because it was much more unique. Their newer stuff sounds just like everything else I hear on the radio. My favorite song of theirs is "Best Kept Secret."

If you listen to the words, they are really christian!

I agree, Elanor. Anywayz... Cadence Grace Parker, I have one of KJ-52's cd's on my iPod, Behind the Music. Its pretty good, but i'm not really into rap, so its not really my style. He has very good lyrics though.

The 9-year-old boy that I babysit is really into tobymac, its so cute.
I'm not into rap, but occasionally I like tobymac, such as his song "Irene" and also "Stories," which he did with Superchick. And for old times sake, I occasionally listen to dcTalk, which was one of the first bands I ever really got into, when I was in about 4th grade.
