Ohh I listen to Disney songs... I've got a compilations with Disney songs from the animated movies. My favorites are Lion King but I like Colours of the Wind (Pocahontas) and the song from Hercules.. and hmm.. the one from The Little Mermaid performed by Olivia Newton-John!

I admit it. I like the disney songs from the old classic disney movies. I don't own CDs or anything, but I do sometimes sing them when I'm home alone. :P

Oooo... I LOVE Colours of the Wind.. :) And Go the Distance from Hercules... but Under the Sea performed by Shaggy is just the best.... :D

And now I've just remembered my favourite quote of all times.... signature time methinks...

Squeeeeeeee! I love Disney Songs! They are amazing! My favorites are Tale as Old as Time and I think there's something there that wasn't there before. *nods* Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney Classic.

It's interesting how people refer to 'old' Disney songs for songs I would still consider newish. I mean I consider Snowwhite really old.. :teehee:

I love Disney songs. I listen to them and sing them all the time.

In some cases though (but not all), I definitely prefer the Swedish dub over the English original, especially when it comes to the female princess characters. They're too staged and Broadway-esque in the original, whereas in Swedish they're more softer and genuine.

Swedish Belle (from Beauty and the Beast) is fantastic and I believe Sweden won for best dub that year:

Swedish Aladdin and Jasmine are great too:

Swedish (and Norwegian and Danish) Ariel was performed by Norwegian goddess Sissel Kyrkjebø:

Swedish Scar was voiced (and sung) by the wonderful growling and sinister-sounding Rikard Wolff:

He even looks like Scar:

And while we're on the subject of Disney, here are some Swedish versions of classic Disney cartoon intros, haha:

I love SOME Disney songs. For example awesome songs from "Princess and the Frog" or "Hercules" :)

Of course in Polish dubbing!

A Whole New World is my favorite! Followed by Tale As Old As Time, and Belle...you're NEVER too old for Disney songs, or movies for that matter. I have quite a few Disney cds actually, most of them I got because I made DVD movies out of our families Disney trip pictures, but they are still nice to listen to now and then.
