Just curious to know what kind of music y'all listen to, and what the most popular type is on here. I listen mostly to country music, although I wont turn down a Aerosmith song or a Def Leopard song! |

Hmm, I guess I like folk music the best, especially the Dutch band Omnia. They play a kind of Celtic, mixed with other influences, and they use old songs and stories as inspiration. |

There's no Broadway option either! So I'm trying to decide whether to classify it as classical, or just go for folk because I Looooooooooooove Celtic music.

Well I was thinkin that Broadway music is kinda diverse depending on the play, like if you do a 50's themed play you'll have oldies music or rat pack music from the 50's, that sorta thing. There's just so many types of music it would be a long list, so I sorta went with music categories you see most at award shows. |

Very true. I mean, we've got shows like Grease and Jersey Boys but also classical ones like Sweeney Todd and Phantom and rock-operas like Rent and... XD How ever shall I choose? I'll just go with folk because I'm in a Celtic mood tonight.

Metal, but that wasn't on the list. Apart from that it's folk and celtic music, so I voted for folk.

+1 for metal. Folk would also be my second option... then classical or classic rock. Or maybe disco. Why isn't that on the list??

I thought Disco was sort of a forgotten era, or maybe a music era people want to forget. Didn't think of that one either. But +1 for metal, got it. |
