Well, I'm quite surprised that no one has create a Franz Ferdinand topic here. :blink: :blink: :blink: So, I've decided as an act for humanity, to do so!

Fans?!

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE them! My favourite song (besides take me out and the rest of the songs) is 40' (40 Feet). Really, really, really good! I don't really know why I like it. Doesn't make much sense. And Michael reminds me of a guy I know (hence the reason I call him a "dance wh---e" (<---I don't know if I can say that, but fans might know what I'm talking about).

Basically a band that freaking rocks my face off! And they're Scottish. Who can deny the Scottish?!

Oh and I think Franz Ferdinand are a great band. I havn't heard their album but I love Take Me Out and The Dark of the Matinee

When I first Michael, I was a little confused and thrown off. . . but since then, I've come to really like it! Wait. I love ALL their songs.

I read in Newsweek about their new CD called:
"You Could Have It So Much Better"

I'm SO excited to get it. I have to wait for money though. Stupid college makes you go broke when buying books. Okay. Back to Franz.

Here's the little excerpt:

"Critics loved their 2004 debut - a sure sign their second CD would tank. But "You Could Have It So Much Better" actually IS better. This Scottish foursome have toned down the ironic '80s trimmings, and it turns out there are strong, even melodic, songs under there."

I thought they were calling all their albums Franz Ferdinand? Or is "You Could Have It So Much Better" a single? *is confused*

I love all of their songs, especially Micheal! It amuses me...

Does anybody else have the special edition? It's awesome. Van Tango is a good song.

The new single from the new album is amazing! The video is seriously one of the best videos I've seen in a long time.

I was talking to someone about them and this girl said that they have no substance. I told her "You probably only heard the singles." heh heh

Well Im planning on really begging someone to give a cd of theirs to me for Christmas. I think I've heard one song or something, but all you hear about then is good, and their style of music (as i've heard) is something that would fall in my taste) hehe..

ooh, and they're scottish!

actually, someone I know has just got tickets for their concert in Copenhagen this month!!!!!!!!!!! cruel or what?!

Well, I really don't have any of their CDs, but I'm hungering for them. Do You Want To is stuck in my head!!

I really liked them since I heard Take Me Out. I just love their vintage rock sound. Besides, they stay true to themselves. They're just very impressive.

OMG I LOVE FRANZ FERDINAND !!!!!!!!

Their new album is INCREDIBLE !!!!! The songs are just so catchy you can get them out of your head !!!! Not even three days after I bought their record I almost knew them all by heart !!!! Their texts are so weird !!!! Like the song The Fallen talks about Jesus and I just can't understand the true "meaning" of Eleanor Put Your Boots On... And Outsiders is amazing !!!! Anyway they're great !!!!
