I love Mariah Carey! I've been listening to her since day one! Well...no actually I wasn't born then, but I am one of her old fans. I listened to her about at the age of 7, and could remember her clearly in my mind. I have Rainbow, Butterfly, Greatest hits...yup loads. I think she is beautiful and has a incredible gift. Some of her new songs are good, but they are much different than the 90's. They have a more R&B and pop in them. I like all, because I'm into all kinds of vibes. heh heh. |

Well, believe it or not, I've never knowingly heard any of her songs - not intentional, I just don't think I've listened to radio stations that play her. So I can't give a valid opinion, sorry

She is a very very odd woman. But has a nice voice so it kind of evens out. |

I used to like her but have you seen her recently? I was shocked when I saw a recent picture of her. She got really.....huge.

Actually she gained a little weight on purpose, but she's healthy now. I mean if she wears skin-tight gowns it might seem like she's bigger. I don't think that would effect her singing just because she's bigger. |

I HATE HER!!! - she's so ridiculous!! - my friend told me that she gets people to take the chewing gum out of her mouth and all that - she thinks she's better then everyone else and that she's gorgeous - she's like a worse version of jessica simpson. and as for her singing ... come on ... thats not singing she sounds like someone has stood on her toe and she's screaming the words out!!! Just My Opinion Though

It's talent, Tamuril, talent, just my opinion though. They are high notes, and how would you know if she's a rude and self-centered person. I didn't know you met her...Well then your friend must hate her. She greatly inspires me.
