That and when it comes to saving onto the comp...downloading is just easier for me.

THE RELEASE OF THE NEW DVD IS IN DANGER TO BE POSTPONED!
According to Finnish tabloid “Iltalehti” (3.2.06) the release of the “End Of An Era” –liveDVD is in danger to be postponed due to some unexpected problems in contracts. Riku Pääkkönen, the chief executive of Spin-Farm tells that Tarja’s manager Marcelo Cabuli is demanding the Spin-Farm -company, Nightwish as a band and the management staff to sign a contract that no one of them is allowed to say anything about Tarja or Marcelo, or anything related to them, without written permission from Marcelo. This kind of contract would practically prevent the publishing of the Nightwish –book this spring as well. “We really found the proposal to be strange and soon realized that this kind of a paper cannot be signed. You can’t make contracts like this” says Riku Pääkkönen in Iltalehti arcticle. There would be a 250 000 Euros fine for breaking the contract.
The concert in Hartwall-Arena is about to be released as a DVD and as a live-album. To do that the agreement from all the parties is needed and because of this unfortunate mess it seems hard to get one member to sign.
In worst case Finnish fans will have to order their copy of the DVD from outside the Scandinavia.
“Maybe one could see this as another example how the fans are treated..” says Tuomas in Iltalehti article.

I agree there Raivynn. I just think it's crummy how she's totally acting like a diva. She wouldn not be even near as successful today if it weren't for Nightwish.

Ain't that the truth?
She gets success with the band and then starts to develop this huge ego and begins to act all Barbara Streisand-esque.
I just realised I'm still quite bitter about what she did to the band that I love so much. Thankfully Tuomas, Marco, Jukka and Emmpu stuck together and will have a singer that respects the music, her bandmates and the fans.
Tarja took the fans of Nightwish for granted. But I still wish her well with her solo career. It is after all what she wanted.

Exactly! And I believe she was taking her band members for granted as well. I wish her success as well but it's really sad the way she treated her band members as well as her fans. I totally feel ya  _________________

Thanks for the support guys.
Another thing I was thinking. I used to want Tarja back...just a small percentage of me mind you, but enough to make me think it.
But the more and more I sit and stew over things, the more I realise I don't want her to come back. Ever.
Not even in ten years time for a re-union show. She doesn't deserve to be a part of such an amazing, inspiring band.
Tarja made her bed, she can lie in it.

I thought I was the only one who had the idea of Tarja coming back.But then I read all the stuff about her and then I said "No".It's like you say Raivynn, she doesn't deserve to come back after all the stuff the guys have done for the band.She only was the voice of the group and maybe she thought she was the best or something, when Toumas is the mastermind behind the band.I only hope that the next singer will not take her place in the band for granted.

Absolutely Vivi.
Being put into the forefront of the band because of her voice and her looks obviously went to her head and she thought she was irreplacable.
She was wrong.
If she didn't live in such a blinkered world, she would have realised this.
But anyways...onwards and upwards. Hopefully they'll announce a new vocalist soon. I want to check out her previous stuff so I can make my own personal opinion. But I'm sure the band know exactly what they want and what they're looking for.
Just the waiting is awful. We want new Nightwish stuff lol
