My daughter really wants a tattoo. She is 17 but I know that she could get a tattoo with my permission. I'm in deep thought. What can I advise her so as not to spoil her beautiful young body with a tattoo?

I can tell you what it looks like from the female side. Any unreasonable refusal can lead to a terrible homemade tattoo appearing... Be tolerant. Show her actual works of art and tell her how much it costs. Maybe she'll wait until she starts earning money herself.

If you fail to dissuade her from this desire, then you should not lose control. Try to understand which tattoos are trending now. There are very clear online catalogs for leg tattoos for women - https://glaminati.com/leg-tattoos-for-women/ Read reviews of tattoo parlors and rules for skin care after a tattoo. I am sure that all this will be useful to you.
