Altariel wanders into the garden, and smiles at the sight of half-finished Frodo and Sam snow-hobbits. She then moves away from the main group, and stands under a tree. Looking up at the night sky, her face lights up. Then she kneels in the snow, and touches it with her pale hands.

((if I'm acting weird, it's because I've actually only seen snow three or four times in my life, so this is all very exciting ))

Faramir saw the half-finished Frodo snowman and wanted to destroy it as quite annoyed at that time.

The Nightingale glances over to Altariel, smiling softly.
She, too, missed snow, though this was her first year without it. Caderyn tapped her on the shoulder, however, bringing Nightingale back into the present.
"I need you to help finish Sam, Nightingale. I can't do this on my own, you know!"
Nightingale brightens, and bends down to help finish Sam the Snowman.

Elenriel looked around at the winterwonderland in wonder as she strolled through the garden with Legolas. The crisp breeze gently swirled her cloak about her and her breath was visible in small puffs. A smile traced her lips as she saw Nightingale and Caderyn making snow hobbits. "Come, let's say hello." she said with all the excitement of a little girl that drew a chuckle from the prince as the two walked over to the busy couple.

"Sure, we'd love to!" Elenriel replied as she and her husband knelt down and gathered snow to help with the sculpting. "So is it just Frodo and Sam, or are we going to attempt Merry and Pippin as well?" she said with a laugh.

Ringer for Christ

"Farewell-for now." she called after Cade and Nightingale, not sure if either heard her. After their departure she then stepped back to admire the group's work. "Let's see how long they stand." she said half in amusement, half hopeful, not wanting to see the snow hobbits destroyed so soon.

"Shall we continue our stroll or would you prefer to return to the ballroom?" Legolas asked as he took her hand.

"Let us remain out here a little while longer." she replied as snowflakes fluttered around them. "The beauty of this white paradise is just enchanting" she said softly as the two continued to walk along the garden path.

After reaching the end of the path, Elenriel and Legolas turned back. "We'd best go back inside," Legolas said softly, as he wrapped an arm around her shoulders, seeing that she was feeling the cold despite her cloak. Elenriel nodded, chuckling slightly. "Yes, before I turn into a winter popsicle." she responded. With that the two entered the ballroom and Elenriel handed her cloak to the doorman present. Then the two walked over to the food area to get something to eat.
